While traveling between Rawlins, Wyoming and Billings, Montana, I stopped at a small business in Casper and realized when I returned to my pickup that I had locked my keys inside. Mr. Geer returned my call and came very quickly. The first thing he did was introduce himself and hand me his business card. He had my truck open within minutes and I was on my way. What could have been much more stressful for me became just an inconvenience. He was kind, efficient and I felt safe.

I was very impressed with the service received from Sentinel. I called for assistance shortly after 8 am on a Saturday morning to open a deadbolt lock and before 9am the job was completed. Very prompt professional service! I recommend Sentinel Lock & Door service to anyone needing lock service. I will definitely keep them at the top of my list for future assistance.

Not all heroes wear capes. After driving from Utah for a job orientation I locked my keys in my car an hour before orientation. Sentinel Locksmith saved my job. Truly grateful for this man.

I own a business and accidentally locked my keys in my vehicle when going into a customers home. Finished up the appointment and noticed i could not get in my vehicle. Made a phone call and he arrived in such a short amount of time. Had my vehicle unlocked in the bitter cold wind in such a short time frame and charged for a very reasonable cost. Was expecting to pay more. Thank you. A pleasant experience in an unpleasant situation

This guy is very polite and understanding! Such a nice guy and came to me quickly without me having to wait long. And he got the job done fast! If you ever need someone for a locksmith, I definitely recommend him!!

About 1/2 inch of my motorcycle key broke off in the ignition, I called multiple locksmiths in town and was told, “you’re on your own.” I called sentinel and scheduled a time for a locksmith to come out and remove it. Todd gave me a reasonable estimate and said if he couldn’t get it out he wouldn’t charge. He tried multiple ways to get the key out, but it wouldn’t budge. We ended up removing the ignition from the bike and he then took it apart on the spot and got the key out. He then helped me reinstall the ignition on the bike. Todd tried everything in his power to get that key out. Todd demonstrated the highest level of customer service and professionalism. While I hope to not have an issue like this again, it is nice to know Todd is there to help!
